Can one of the Lost Sheep team visit our school, church or speak at our conference?

Andrew loves visiting schools, and visits a number each year. He is based in South Australia, but does travel interstate. If your school is not in Australia an author visit might cost a bit more! Enquire at schools@lostsheep.com.au to start a conversation.

When are you publishing a Noah and the Ark story?

We're not sure. We are always working on different stories and are happy for you to email us to ask about your favourite Bible story.

DELIVERY AND DOWNLOADS: How do I download my purchases?

The Lost Sheep store only sells digitally delivered download products and subscriptions. Any queries regarding the delivery of Lost Sheep books or resources purchased from a bookstore or other web store should be directed to the place where you bought the products.

Once you have purchased a product from our web store, you should receive a confirmation email. All product downloads and membership access should be available within minutes of purchasing. If this doesn't occur, please contact us at info@lostsheep.com.au quoting your order number.

All purchases are available to download from the 'My Downloads' section of your account (click on the 'Downloads' tab at the top of the screen after logging in). Then scroll through and click the download button for the file(s) you're after.

We highly recommend you use the Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox browsers to download your purchases. If you are using Internet Explorer and are having trouble downloading, please update your browser and try again.

The download destination for the files will depend on your computer software and internet browsers. Check your download folder and desktop, or the file may have opened in a browser window and require saving. If you still can't find it, grab a techno-friend to help out. Everyone needs a techno friend.

I am a writer and have a manuscript I want to get published. Can I send it to you?

Sorry, but we only publish our own material and do not have the capacity to publish or give feedback on your manuscript. From our personal experience we would encourage you to keep writing, attend courses and workshops that will develop your craft, join your local writer’s association, submit and resubmit your work to publishers and, most importantly, share your stories with the children and adults around you.

REFUNDS: Can I get a refund?

Actually, this is an 'Infrequently Asked Question' but it is an important one to answer. We're not happy unless you're happy!

If you are not satisfied with any downloadable product you have bought from the Lost Sheep web store, please email us at info@lostsheep.com.au within 30 days of your purchase, and we will promptly provide a full refund.

If you are not satisfied with any membership subscription you have bought from the Lost Sheep web store, please email us at info@lostsheep.com.au during the life of the subscription. We can provide you with a refund.
